Established in 1966, The Arlington Chorale (TAC), formerly The Metropolitan Chorus, is composed of chorus members from Northern Virginia, DC and Maryland. Our exciting concert seasons begin in September and conclude in June, encompassing several performances within Arlington that include a wide assortment of musical treats; from traditional to contemporary, classical to jazz, and sacred to folk—delighting all audiences. In addition, the chorus has sung the locally renowned annual Messiah Sing-a–Long at the Kennedy Center since 1994.

The organization’s third Artistic Director and Conductor, Dr. Nancia D’Alimonte, took the reins of TAC for the 2015-2016 season and brought with her a challenging new perspective with unique musical selections for the chorus. Under her astute leadership, The Arlington Chorale looks forward to continuing to reach out to partner with local community businesses to raise the bar as “Arlington’s own” choral group.

Upcoming program, locations, and repertoire information is available online at :  All TAC concerts are free and open to the public, with donations* gratefully accepted.

*TAC is a 503 (c)(3) organization.
